How does it work?
It's easy!
1. Sign Up
2. Add money to your Money Box using PayPal, Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order
3. Choose an item you would like to bid on
4. Confirm your bid and Admin Fee details, and place your bid
5. The aim is to place the Highest Unique Bid of all the bids at auction close.
6. If your bid is the Highest Unique Bid then you are the Winning Bidder and the Winning Bid Amount is charged to your Money Box account
This seems too good to be true. What's the catch?
There is no catch. You really can purchase products for a fraction of their normal retail price.
Who is eligible to join and bid?
Anyone above the age of 18 can join and bid. To start bidding instantly you must also have a valid PayPal Account with a valid billing and delivery address. Members outside the UK are more than welcome to join, but the Admin Fees and auction bids are in GBP (Great Britain Pound) only. There will be a shipping charge for deliveries outside the UK.
Can I bid on more than one auction at a time?
There are no limits to the number of auctions you may bid on or win.
Can I view the results and winning bids?
Yes. Everyone can view the winners and results of all auctions. We list the amount of every bid, the winner's ID and the Lowest Unique Bid that won. The results of each auction is displayed on the Results Page as soon as an auction has closed. The Winning Bidder with the Lowest Unique Bid will be highlighted. All participants of the auction are notified by email when the Results are posted on the site.
When can I submit bids?
Members can bid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as long as an auction is still open.
Can I cancel my bids?
Once a bid has been accepted it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Is the Bid Refundable?
The Bid is not refundable unless in the case of an auction being cancelled. In this instance all Bidders will receive a full refund of all their bids charged on that auction.
Why doesn't everyone bid £0.01?
Lots of people do! So, £0.01 is very rarely - if ever - a unique bid. The winning bid needs to be BOTH low AND unique - meaning only one person can bid that amount.
What does it mean to be the "lowest unique bidder"?
The lowest unique bidder is the person who - at the end of the auction - has submitted the lowest bid amount that no other person has bid.
What if my bid is unique, but later someone bids the same amount as me?
You get bumped! The fun of the auction is trying to figure out who has the lowest unique bid and then "bumping" them out by bidding the same number. Then, you'll each need to try and find the next lowest unique number. We'll always let you know you when someone has "bumped" you out of a unique bid spot by sending you an email.
How much does ExclusiveBidding.com cost to play?
Auctions differe in price, dependant on the value of the final product. Check out the Auction box on the home page for a particular Auction to find out the cost.
What happens when I bid?
When you place your first bid, you'll receive a confirmation message on the screen - and you will know instantly if you have become the new lowest unique bidder.
How much should I bid?
It's up to you! Just remember, you're trying to bid the lowest amount you think no one else will bid. We'll tell you, after each bid - you will see the status of your bid instantly on screen.
Have I won?
When the auction ends, we call the lowest unique bidder - to celebrate of course. Soon after, the winner is announced on our web site.

What if I forget my user name and/or password?
Your user name is the email address you registered with. If you forget your password don't panic, just go to the
Forgotten Password page and enter your email address into the field. An email will be sent to you shortly after with your password details. The SIGN-IN box on the home page also displays a link to the Forgotten Password page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for payment. In turn, PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.
How long do I have to pay?
Auction fees are deducted from your account at the time you place and confirm your bid. If you are the Winning Bidder of an auction, the Winning Bid Amount is charged to your account as soon as the auction closes. So, as long as you keep your account balance topped up you have nothing to worry about!
If you happen to win an auction and your account has insufficient funds to cover the Winning Bid Amount then you will be sent an email instructing you to deposit more funds into your account. Once this is done, ExclusiveBidding.com will deduct the Winning Bid Amount from your account and arrange for free delivery of the product to you.
Are the goods really brand new and with warranty?
Yes! Believe it! All Items are brand new and come in their original box with the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Under no circumstances will we ever auction re-conditioned, second hand or used items.
How do I receive the product if I am the Winning Bidder?
Upon receipt of payment for the amount of the Winning Bid, the item will be shipped to the address on record for the Winning Bidder within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated in item description. All items will be shipped via a carrier of ExclusiveBidding.com choosing.
I need delivery in a hurry. Can you speed things up?
Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions, special arrangements or use different shipping methods. If you need something by a specific date, you are responsible for allowing a reasonable time frame for the order to be processed and delivered to you.

Will you share my membership details with anyone?
ExclusiveBidding.com WILL NOT share any membership information with affiliates or third parties, other than those required to conduct the auction and process payments. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
